What Is A Residency:
A residency is a place where a group of players come together for special contests and friendly rivalries.
Back in 1999 There was a N.Y. / Dela. site run by Whirlwind (aka Jeff of "super" stable fame). After he decided to run the N.Y. site only, we took over the Delaware site and renamed it "Delaware Links". As it grew, we added PA and it became what now is called DelPenn National. We try to keep up the tradition as being one of the oldest sites in the sim. Thanks to Michael Wallace our visionary, for bringing us this fantastic game we all enjoy.
